Ladies can benefit from a private bellydance class ‐ an artistic and graceful art known as the world’s oldest form of pre‐natal exercise. With movements designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles for childbirth, this one hour class will leave mommy feeling relaxed, beautiful and even ready to perform a routine for dad. Couples can also choose to engage in a traditional stretch class together. In addition to elongating muscles and prepping a woman for the birthing process, this class can also serve as a great pain reliever for back and pelvic discomfort.

Following a standing tradition of personal attention and special touches, The Sands at Grace Bay's Babymoon Package also contains decadent couples' activities as well as special treats for mommies and daddies alike. These include:

The Sands at Grace Bay is an all‐suite resort located on six oceanfront acres on Grace Bay Beach. Following a $6 million rejuvenation, the all‐suite resort is débuting a new open‐air lobby and upgrades to all suites ‐ spacious travertine baths, stainless kitchen appliances, granite countertops and sumptuous bedding.
