Already an island favorite, Hemingway's casual atmosphere and beautiful views are complemented by a menu full of choices that are anything but ordinary.

Fresh grouper is lightly spiced and pan seared, served with a tequila sauced veggie salsa with charred onions, black beans, corn, red and green peppers and carrots. Shrimp is lightly sauteed with the most scrumptous pesto cream over pennee and filet mignon is exquisitely grilled with a fragrant red wine mushroom sauce.

Favorite appetizers include Conch fritters, Cuban black bean soup, vegetable tempura and range in price from US$3.50 to US$6.95. Dinner entrees range between US$13.95 and US$22.95.

Hemingway's is equally irresistible for lunch, serving an array of gourmet sandwiches, entrée salads and specialties such as soft fish tacos, mango shrimp salad and sumptuously crunchy and fresh veggie pita. Sweet tooths beware with tempting choices of key lime pie with a chocolate graham cracker crust, fresh fruit crepes finished with a Grand Marnier caramel and fried ice-cream.

Resort guests and morning beach-walkers also love sweet and spicy breakfasts and cool breezes to begin a perfect Turks & Caicos day with vanilla French toast or huevos rancheros with fresh black bean salsa on a lightly seasoned tortilla. There's also everything inbetween from fresh fruit to traditional eggs benedict to simple but perfect beachside espresso.

The views of endless turquoise bliss and inspired cuisine are primary draws for customers, all who appreciate Hemingway's laid back atmosphere combined with sophisticated culinary detail. An instant hot-spot, the lively crowd at dusk begins buzzing with local professionals and resort guests from around the island, all lured by Terry's famous cocktails and a friendly bar atmosphere. Conversations and cocktails continue until all hours of the evening.
